JOB SUMMARY: OVERSEE END-TO-END FACTORY OPERATIONS AND PRODUCTION PLANNING IN THE FURNITURE MANUFACTURING SECTOR, LEADING AND MOTIVATING PRODUCTION TEAMS TO ENSURE QUALITY, ON-TIME DELIVERY, AND EFFICIENCY.
RESPONSIBILITIES: MANAGE PRODUCTION TEAMS OF 30 TO 100+ EMPLOYEES; COORDINATE WITH DESIGN, PROCUREMENT, AND LOGISTICS TEAMS; IMPLEMENT QUALITY CONTROL AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT; MONITOR KPIS, COSTS, AND PERFORMANCE; ENSURE SAFETY, MAINTENANCE, AND COMPLIANCE.
REQUIREMENTS: 7-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FURNITURE MANUFACTURING OR INTERIOR FIT-OUT PRODUCTION; STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF WOODWORKING, FINISHING, UPHOLSTERY, AND CNC; ABILITY TO READ TECHNICAL DRAWINGS AND BOMS; EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS; ERP/PRODUCTION PLANNING SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE IS AN ADVANTAGE.
