JOB SUMMARY: RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING ALL ONBOARDING ACTIVITIES AND ENSURING TIMELY COLLECTION OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION.
RESPONSIBILITIES: PROVIDING SUPPORT WITH SYSTEM-RELATED ONBOARDING TASKS, ATTENDANCE TRACKING, PERFORMANCE EVALUATION COORDINATION, LEAVE ADMINISTRATION, DISCIPLINARY ACTION PROCESSING, AND CONTRACT RENEWAL MANAGEMENT.
REQUIREMENTS: ABILITY TO MANAGE ONBOARDING PROCESSES AND COORDINATE HR-RELATED ACTIVITIES EFFECTIVELY.
EXPERIENCE:
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT PERIOD IS 2 YEARS. DUTY TIMING IS 8 HOURS PER DAY, 6 DAYS A WEEK WITH 1 DAY OFF PER WEEK. FOOD, ACCOMMODATION, AND TRANSPORTATION ARE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY. AGE LIMIT IS 35 TO 37 YEARS. VISA SPONSOR IS SMASCO. TAKAMUL TEST REQUIRED IF ASKED.
