Jobs Description

• Prepare Indo-Arabic dishes including biryanis, kebabs, curries, Arabic grills, mandi, majboos, mezze items, etc.

• Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented following company standards.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

• Assist in menu planning and recipe development.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for supplies.

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain consistency in taste, portion control, and quality.

• Follow daily kitchen schedules and support team members when required.

Salary :
250 - 300 Accommodation : Provided by Company Food : Provided by company Transportation : Provided by Company Duty Hours & OT : 11+1
