• ✔ Mechanical Engineering degree
  ✔ 5+ years in rotating machinery (petrochemical preferred)
  ✔ Proven experience in RCA, RCM, RBI, Condition Monitoring
  ✔ Strong troubleshooting and reliability skills
  ✔ Knowledge of rotating equipment standards & inspection methods
  ✔ Experience with SAP PM
  ✔ Soft skills: problem-solving, communication, leadership
