Jobs Description Monitor and maintain hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with UAE Municipality and Dubai Food Code regulations. • Conduct regular inspections and audits in supermarkets, warehouse, and production areas. • Implement and oversee HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety policies. • Develop hygiene SOPs and ensure staff are trained in food safety and personal hygiene. • Maintain hygiene records, audit reports, and inspection documentation. • Liaise with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory authorities during inspections. • Investigate hygiene-related complaints and take corrective/preventive action. • Provide regular training sessions for staff on food handling and hygiene practices.
