Jobs Description  Must have an Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent and five (5) years’ experience of which one  (1) is on supervisory level experience in janitorial and in management of general services operation.  Alternatively, the Field Supervisor shall have a high school diploma with ten (10) years’ experience of which two  (2) years in on supervisory level to guide the activities of the employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all the WORK defined in this Contract.
