Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Instrumentation Engineer to ensure quality assurance and control across all phases of instrumentation work within our industrial and petrochemical projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in verifying compliance with engineering standards, conducting inspections, and supporting continuous improvement in quality systems. Key Responsibilities: • Review and interpret instrumentation drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with project quality standards. • Inspect and verify the installation, calibration, and testing of instrumentation systems including DCS, PLCs, transmitters, analyzers, control valves, and wiring. • Ensure compliance with quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and approved procedures. • Conduct site inspections and audits, raise and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), and recommend corrective actions. • Coordinate closely with construction, commissioning, and maintenance teams to meet quality objectives. • Oversee and validate loop checks, functional testing, and commissioning documentation. • Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC records including Material Inspection Reports (MIRs), calibration certificates, and final test dossiers. • Interface with third-party inspectors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure quality requirements are met. • Participate in root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions. • Ensure instrumentation work adheres to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. • Support internal and external audits, p


Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field. • 15 years of proven QA/QC experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical. • Strong knowledge of international standards such as ISA, IEC, API, and ISO. • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, NDT coordination, welding inspection (optional), and material traceability. • Skilled in preparing and executing ITPs and inspection protocols. • Experience major petrochemical clients is highly advantageous. Preferred Certifications: • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification • Instrumentation QA/QC Certification (e.g., ASQ, TUV) Key Competencies: • High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking • Excellent communication and coordination abilities • Strong documentation and quality management skills • Capable of decision-making and problem-solving under pressure • Effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
