Job Purpose: To lead, develop, and implement health and safety programs that ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulatory requirements. The Safety Manager will play a key role in cultivating a strong safety culture, managing risk, and ensuring the well-being of employees, contractors, and stakeholders across operations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement site-wide HSE strategies aligned with global safety objectives. • Monitor compliance with occupational safety and health regulations and internal safety policies. • Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures for highrisk operations. • Lead incident investigations and ensure root cause analysis is performed with effective corrective actions. • Manage safety audits, inspections, and gap analyses to drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to embed safety into all processes. • Ensure emergency response plans are developed, communicated, and tested regularly. • Deliver safety training and awareness programs for staff and contractors. • Lead and manage a team of safety officers or coordinators at the site/project level. • Prepare and present safety performance reports to senior mana
