Jobs Description • Bachelor’s degree in chemical or Process Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). • Minimum of 10 years of experience in process engineering design, development, and project execution. • Strong understanding of international engineering standards and specifications. • Proven experience in handling EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, or Chemical industries. • Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software (e.g., Aspen Suite, HTRI, Flarenet). • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience in FEED, detailed design, and operational support phases. • PMP certification or relevant project management training is an advantage. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and present technical content clearly. • Lead the development and review of process engineering deliverables for capital and brownfield projects. • Review process designs submitted by GES contractors and alliance partners to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. • Ensure alignment of all designs with international codes and best practices (e.g., API, ASME, ISO, NFPA, IEC). • Analyze and validate PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, control philosophies, and process simulations. • Utilize relevant process engineering software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PRO/II, PipeSim, etc.) for modeling, simulation, and optimization. • Provide leadership and oversight in the delivery of process engineering services to project sites. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve site-specific design requirements and technical issues. • Plan and control project execution phases to ensure delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Support commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting activities as needed.
