Jobs Description
• Develop the detailed baseline of work as per the contract documents and schedule management plan• Manages resource leveling • A comprehensive dashboard presentation to management and client • Ensures schedule requirements are met by performing cost loading, monitoring the cash flow and updating the project progress, and monitoring outputs• Prepares the recovery program and mitigation plan according to the actual progress rates • Assists the Project Manager in identifying schedule objectives, deliverables, critical activities, delays, etc. • Identifies the risks and develops risk management plan with mitigation issues • Supports the Commercial Team with procurement/finance forecasting plans vs. incoming payment • Manages claims (VOs, EOTs, late payment claims) through FIDIC • Guides and monitors Planning Engineers under supervision • Proficient in MS Office & Primavera • Strong analytical and logical skills• Good project management skills• Proven leader+I3:I13
