Position : Quantity Surveryor 

Experience         : 5 years (min 2 years in Oil & GAS Civil works)

Qualification       : Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Job Description: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

• Establish quantities of work items and materials from the drawings/ specifications and prepare cost estimates
• Coordination with the site engineer for taking actual measurements and prepare value of work done.
• Prepare Job Completion Certificate and get approval from the Client.
• Coordinate with Quality team to ensure job completion dosser / test pack is prepared and submitted to the client
• Ensure all punch points have been closed
• Preparation of invoice and timely submission to the Client.
• Monitor activity wise income / expenditure reports as per laid down frequency.
• Promptly process bills and invoices of subcontractors to clear their payments on time.
• Enforce quality requirements and adherence to contract specifications.
• Prepare monthly material reconciliation report and inform to the Project Manager, in case of any deviation in theoretical versus actual quantity of any material.
• Shall prepare variation orders, in case of changes in original scope of work and submit to the relevant authority for review and approval.

Salary :
700 - 800 Accommodation : Provided by Company Food : Included in Salary Transportation : Provided by Company Duty Hours & OT : 9 HOURS
