CAFM Operation is responsible for Workload Monitoring, Planning & Scheduling along with CAFM/CMMS Systems Support. They must but not limited to: Workload Monitoring, Planning & Scheduling: Familiarity with systems such like , IBM Maximo system application , NANO soft product, Smart FM etc.
1. To create accurate input for assets into the CAFM/CMMS for data records and reports (manual & Computerized) in accordance with Company procedures. 2. To ensure that asset data is correctly entered, stored and maintained. 3. Input asset data and planned maintenance into database program 4. To provide Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders, in accordance with pre-program of Work. 5. To raise Reactive Maintenance (RM) work orders for technical staff 6. To interrogate data records (manual & computerized) as directed for accuracy, legibility or damage. 7. To auto generate reporting data on PPM and RM carried out to ascertain status. 8. To generate periodic reports accurately and efficiently for client reporting. 9. To sort, classify, file and retrieve information, according to content, purpose, user criteria, or numerical 10. To document materials movement, using computer system 11. To communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals by Help Desk action and to impart Information on status of work orders. 12. To complete work schedules and follow up with the concerned personnel to close the completed task in the system. 13. To update and close the completed task in the system
Qualifications: School education with min. 4 years engineering diploma. Proficient in English language both written and oral (Verified by Test)
