• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the crumb rubber, molding, or tyre manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of rubber processing, molding, or tyre production.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor technical and operational issues.

Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Salary :
200-300 Accommodation : Provided by Company Food : INCLUDING SALARY Transportation : Provided by Company Duty Hours & OT : 8 - 10 HOURS
