Jobs Description MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans • Lead employment branding initiatives • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience • Assist in employee retention and development • Supervise recruiting personnel • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement • participating in the interviewing process and making the final hiring decision • assisting with internal hiring efforts, which includes assessing existing employees within the organization for senior roles • Organizing and attending career fairs to source suitable candidates • Developing effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning • Sourcing, recruiting, and developing social engagement or talent pools • Managing recruitment processes, including initial assessments and interviews • Providing candidates with information on salary, corporate benefits, and work environment • Providing recruitment guidance and advice to HR professionals using employment and hiring data • Developing competitive or specialized intelligence concerning talent development or employee retention • Using job boards, social media, and the internet to source qualified candidates for open positions • Using recruitment and applicant tracking software to evaluate candidates from selection through to on- boarding Minimum Competence Requirement • Engineering from recognized institute. • 4-5 years of field experience as a Sr. Talent Acquistion in technical maintenance manpower & Shutdown manpower in oil refineries, petrochemicals, or power generation plants. • Minimum 2-3 years in hiring of plant maintenance and shutdown manpower in KSA. (SABIC & ARAMCO) • Should be well versed with all the operational procedures of SABIC & ARAMCO.
