Jobs Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems within our logistics warehouses. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, electrostatic pumps, chillers, air compressors, condensing units, generators, motors, MHE, and other electronic equipment. Replace fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, electric switches, and other electrical equipment. Conduct inspections of electrical, mechanical, and other equipment typical of ambient warehouses. Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identify potential maintenance risks and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults. Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to team members. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and occupational health and safety regulations. Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in electrical maintenance or construction. 2+ years of experience as an HVAC technician. Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrician. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in reading schematics and work plans. Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays. Ability to work in confined spaces.
