o Develop and implement a detailed safety management plan tailored to the
civil work at 380kV substations, in alignment with LINXON's and SEC's
requirements. 
o Ensure that the safety management plan addresses the specific risks
associated with high-voltage substation construction. 
o Provide technical analysis and oversight to ensure that engineering and
construction processes incorporate best safety practices. 
o Conduct regular safety audits to assess the effectiveness of safety practices
on-site. 
o Identify areas for improvement and ensure that corrective actions are
implemented promptly to mitigate risks. 
o Maintain close coordination with LINXON’s and SEC’s safety teams to ensure
alignment on safety practices and protocols. 
o Address any safety concerns raised by LINXON or SEC and ensure that these
are promptly resolved. 
o Oversee the safety performance of all subcontractors working on the project,
ensuring they comply with LINXON’s and SEC’s safety standards. 
o Review and approve subcontractors' safety plans, ensuring they meet project
requirements. 
o Lead investigations into significant safety incidents, performing root cause
analysis and implementing measures to prevent recurrence. 
o Utilize incident data to identify trends and implement proactive safety
measures to reduce future risks. 

Salary :
3000 Accommodation : Provided by company Food : 300 Transportation : Provided by Company Duty Hours & OT : 8 HOURS
