SAFETY OFFICER

Safety Officer Responsibilities: 
1. Daily Safety Monitoring: 
o Continuously monitor daily construction activities to ensure they meet
LINXON's and SEC's safety standards. 
o Conduct frequent site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and
ensure corrective measures are implemented promptly. 
2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: 
o Perform risk assessments specific to civil work at 380kV substations,
identifying potential hazards and mitigating risks. 
o Regularly update risk assessments in response to changes in site conditions
or work processes. 
3. Safety Inductions and Training: 
o Provide safety induction for all workers, ensuring they are familiar with
LINXON's and SEC's safety protocols. 
o Conduct regular toolbox talks, emphasizing key safety issues related to
ongoing work. 
4. Incident Reporting and Investigation: 
o Report any incidents, near misses, or safety violations to LINXON and SEC
immediately. 
o Lead investigations into any incidents, determining root causes, and
recommending preventive measures. 
5. PPE Compliance: 
o Ensure all site personnel have access to and are wearing appropriate Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE) as per LINXON's and SEC's guidelines. 
o Regularly inspect PPE for condition and appropriateness for the tasks being
performed. 

Salary :
3000 Accommodation : Provided by company Food : 300 Transportation : Provided by Company Duty Hours & OT : 8 HOURS
