INDUSTRY : ESSENTIAL OIL _ INDUSTRY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Facility Setup and Optimization:  Collaborate with the facilities team to design and set up production areas, ensuring they are compliant with industry standards and regulations.  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency. Supply Chain Coordination:  Work closely with the supply chain team to establish reliable sourcing of raw materials and packaging components.  Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.  Quality Control Integration:  Collaborate with the quality control team to establish quality control protocols and ensure that they are integrated into the production process.  Conduct regular quality audits to maintain product quality standards. Market Research and Customer Outreach:  Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the essential oils industry.  Develop and execute strategies for reaching out to potential customers through various channels, including online platforms, trade shows, and partnerships. Inventory Management:  Implement inventory tracking systems to monitor raw materials and finished products.  Ensure adequate stock levels to meet production demands and prevent stockouts.  Safety and Compliance:  Enforce safety protocols and best practices in the production area.  Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA and FDA requirements. Team Leadership:  Hire, train, and manage a team of pre-operations staff.  Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability. Budget Management:  Assist in developing and managing the pre-operations budget, including cost control measures.
