B.E Electrical engineer / Diploma engineer / certified quantity surveyor with minimum 7 to 8 yrs of experience for electrical, ELV, BMS work estimation, tendering, quantity take off etc. 4 to 5 yrs of relevant experience in Gulf country preferred.  Candidate Should be conversant with globally accepted symbols, nomenclature, specifications etc.  Candidate should be able to raise requirements for offer as per specifications, drawings, tender terms, prepare comparative statements & to submit to contract head for review & approval.  Candidate should be prepared for quick and on-time completion of task and open to work with stress related to urgency of work related to tender submissions deadlines.  Candidate should be able to prepare star rate / rate analysis considering material, labor and other related cost.  Candidate will have to keep complete track for incoming tender documents, submission deadlines, status update etc and to submit it weekly to contract head.  Candidate will be responsible for preparing variation with complete back up documents as per engineer’s instruction including re-work or related work cost.  Candidate should be open to work at any location within Oman.
