Jobs Description
1. Knowledge on Paint materials used for different components of Heavy Vehicles. 2. Knowledge in Mixing of paint materials to arrive at specific color code required for the vehicle 3. Expert in following the standard operation procedure for painting job on vehicles a) Cleaning the rust surface using thinner. b)Like applying putty and leveling / surfacing using sanding machine . c) Skilled in using paint gun and safety apparatus for inducing primer and first / last coat of required color coded paint. d) Knowledge on blower and drier system ,incorporated in paint booth assembly 4. Remove/install/Isolate/ and Mask the body parts 5. Proper preparation of the surfaces and application of the right layer thickness 6. Applying 5S 7. Respect, follow and apply the safety rules 8. Good Communication skills

RO 160 - 180 Accommodation : Provided by company Food : NA Transportation : Provided by company Duty Hours & OT : 10
